Shipping policy

 


  1. Orders are shipped between Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the consecutive business day. 
  2. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information, you will be notified and your order will be processed after we receive complete shipping information. 
  3. You will be notified as soon as your order has been shipped from DISHA KAHAI to your address.
  4. If nobody is available to accept the delivery, the order will be taken back, and our courier partner will reattempt the delivery. 
  5. For International Shipping, local taxes and customs of the country where the order is shipped might be applicable. These have to be borne by the customer. DISHA KAHAI is not liable to pay these taxes.
  6. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such additional payments to anyone at the time of delivery.
  7. PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates might vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
