1. Where do I mention my custom tailored measurements while placing an order?
For custom tailoring, click on "CUSTOM TAILORED" in sizes and place your order. After we receive your order, we will get in touch with you and send you a measurement form via WhatsApp for your exact measurements. Lengths of products can be increased or decreased as per specifications.

Yes, at DISHA KAHAI we accept international orders and ship worldwide.
3. What payment methods does DISHA KAHAI accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

5. How will I know DISHA KAHAI received my order?
After you place your order, you will be notified via email/whatsapp confirming that your order has been received. We will send you regular updates about your order.

At DISHA KAHAI, your online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to safely transmit your card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.
7. Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will DISHA KAHAI rent or sell this.
8. Is it possible to customise my order?
Yes. To customise your order, you can call/whatsapp us on (+91) 9819395191 with your specifications. We will seek certain approvals from you to ensure that the customisation is proper.
Please Note:
- Customisation will only adhere to sizing, covering a nude/sheer part, sleeve addition/modification, removal of slits and colour changes.
- Any extra component such as the addition of embroidery/pants/dupatta/sleeves etc will be on a chargeable basis.
- All customisations are subject to availability.
- All custom made orders are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
- DISHA KAHAI has the right to cancel/withdraw/modify certain customisations if they do not comply with our policy.
9. Why does DISHA KAHAI charge an additional 10% for plus sizes?
At DISHA KAHAI, we are committed to providing the highest quality garments for all sizes. For plus sizes, we use additional fabric and add intricate embroidery to ensure the perfect fit and craftsmanship, which results in a slight increase in the price.
10. Does DISHA KAHAI have seasonal sales?
DISHA KAHAI offers seasonal sales.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that our sale prices or promotional prices will be equivalent to:
- Sale prices or promotional prices offered by other online portals/shopping websites where products of DISHA KAHAI are sold
- Multi-designer stores where products of DISHA KAHAI are sold
13. Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on the website as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
11. How do I know if a product is in stock? How do I enquire about a particular product I have seen on DISHA KAHAI’s social media handles such as Facebook/Instagram or at a public/private event?
If you wish to purchase a particular product you have seen on DISHA KAHAI's social media handles such as Facebook/Instagram or at a public/private event and the same product is not there on our website, please WhatsApp us on (+91) 9819395191 about the inquiry along with an image of that product. Our team will revert to you with details of that particular product, its availability and its MRP. In case that product is out of stock, we will share images of a suitable alternative or similar product.
12. Does DISHA KAHAI accept corporate orders?

14. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, all items purchased under any one order can only be shipped to one address. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
15. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address.
16. Can I add items to an existing order or combine orders that have already been placed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an existing order or combine orders that have already been placed. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order containing all the items you want to purchase together. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
17. Is the delivery time accurate? Where is my order? How can I track it?
Delivery times are to be used as an estimated guide only. Although we try our best to deliver your products in the stipulated time period, delivery dates might vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. Kindly note that DISHA KAHAI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
18. How many duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For Indian customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For international customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country in which delivery is made. You will have to follow and abide by the import duties, customs and local sales taxes procedures of your country to receive the delivery of your purchase.
If your purchase is a gift for a recipient in a country other than India, the recipient will have to follow and abide by the import duties, customs and local sales taxes procedures of their country to receive the delivery.
